Using EvolveForm

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use EvolveForm only for lawful personal fitness purposes.

Subscription

The free version does not require a payment method. Pro is an optional, separately purchased subscription. Current prices and renewal terms appear before confirmation in the app. Existing website memberships retain the billing terms accepted when purchased. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not erase prior charges.

• One membership is for one person.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Features may evolve as EvolveForm improves.

Fitness guidance

EvolveForm provides general fitness information and planning tools, not medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency support. Results vary and depend on factors beyond the service, including health, adherence, sleep, recovery, and training execution.

Service availability

We work to keep EvolveForm available and accurate, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, EvolveForm is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
