EvolveForm collects the information needed to build and maintain your plan, including your email address, age, height, weight, activity level, goal, food and workout logs, check-ins, and any progress photos you choose to upload.
How it is used
We use this information to calculate your targets, show your dashboard, save your history, identify personal bests, generate progress summaries, provide support, protect the service, and improve the member experience.
- Fitness data is used to personalize your EvolveForm experience.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe; EvolveForm receives subscription status and identifiers, not your full card number.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Progress photos
Progress photos are optional, account-linked, and intended only for your private progress timeline. They are not used in marketing or shared publicly without separate, explicit permission from you.
Retention and choices
We keep account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security, and billing purposes. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing evolveformsite@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate fraud and billing protection.
