What happens when you start
New users can use the free version without a card or automatic trial conversion. Pro requires a separate purchase. Existing website memberships continue under the terms shown when those customers signed up.
Cancel anytime
If you purchased Pro through Apple, manage or cancel it in your Apple account subscriptions. Existing website members can use Manage billing in the member dashboard for their Stripe subscriptions. Canceling future renewal does not automatically delete an account.
- Cancel before the displayed renewal time to avoid the next charge.
- Deleting the app or leaving the website does not cancel a subscription.
- Keep your Apple or Stripe purchase and cancellation confirmations for your records.
Billing questions
If a charge appears incorrect, email evolveformsite@gmail.com with the account email and date of charge. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment information by email.
