Free access does not automatically become a paid subscription. You will see price and renewal terms before choosing Pro. Existing website subscribers can cancel future renewal from the member billing portal.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. We review duplicate charges, technical billing errors, and exceptional circumstances individually. A request does not guarantee a refund.
